Bunny’s business travel
Currently I sit prone in the business lounge of Reykjavik airport waiting for my lay-over. No doubt once again some barely motorized airborne contrivance, big enough to hold five people and a rabbit, will serve as my conveyance to Svalbard. I really must speak to the Icelandic Civil Aviation Authorities about this matter. Aviation safety affects man and rabbit alike. We all have something to gain in this matter. Really, sometimes I wonder why I even bother. In any case, business was good. I have managed to sell six non-carrot-based food items that I recently chanced upon during one of my daily perambulations. One minute ago, a splendid lady inquired whether I liked another beverage. “Anything, as long as it’s generally orange of hue and color,” served as my witty reply. What she did next I have difficulties nominating, but I believe the parlance of our day terms it a “chuckle.” Ah, my ears twitch as some nimble-voiced sirene announces my flight. I must board. Wish me Godspeed. Upon my return, I pray not to find that dog sniffing about in evil design. For that, also Godspeed.
