The canine conundrum
After long and arduous locomotion I have finally returned to my sub-terranean, yet far from humble abode. Winter is fast approaching now, so I have mostly kept myself to confined comforts such as watching assorted moving images on my Bang&Olufsen home theatre. I learn many a thing in this fashion. Did you know that "Bunny", the wayward spouse in a movie called The Big Lebowski is not actually a rabbit? Anyway, I'm drifting off as it were. The scourge that has haunted both my dreamt and waking existence, that wagging transgression of animalia, the so-called "dog" that had instilled so much fear into my fur prior to my departing on a business trip, has yet to show again. Whether this is to ascribe to luck, coincidence or its propitious perishing into a fjord, I do not know. Perhaps my suspicions were right and indeed the beast pertains to the metereological station that is inhabited by approximately 7 people not far from here. Perhaps in view of the headlong dive of temperatures and overall climatic conditions they have decided that "Pluto" or whatever calling they have appointed for this barking anomaly should best be kept inside, lest it freeze to death. They should let it!
